The Nashville Department of Transportation announced a naming contest for the city's new bikeways sweeper in May after pictures of the miniature sweeper and its bright yellow mustache-like brushes caught residents' attention on social media.
More than 700 people submitted names.
The sweeper is a part of Metro's ongoing effort to make Nashville streets more bike-friendly. NDOT hopes to launch the bike sweeper program later this month.
Nashville residents can vote for their favorite pick from the top four names selected by NDOT starting Friday.
The Tennessean asked for all 730 submissions by public records request.
